At the age of 49, I tried--
Through my own physical development, I have tried to give form to the idea of "not giving up because of age,
I participated in the APF Body Contest (Masters Division).
As a result, we are grateful to have been awarded the Masters Grand Prix.
While achieving a 12kg weight loss in three and a half months and a body fat percentage of 7%, the best condition ever,
I was able to finish my body "healthily and without strain" thanks to the daily accumulation and support of my friends.
Through this experience,
